ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Lawyers for Glendon Scott Crawford are asking that the man accused of trying to build a “death ray” machine be sentenced to 97 months, or just over eight years, in prison.
Crawford was convicted last summer for trying to build the machine to kill Muslims in 2013.
The prosecution is asking that he be sentenced to life. He’ll learn his fate in December.
